By accessing or using KasiAssist ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

KasiAssist is an online marketplace that connects customers with local service providers in South African townships. We do not directly provide any of the services listed on the Platform. We act solely as an intermediary between customers and independent service providers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Service Providers

Service providers who list their services on KasiAssist agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their services
• Deliver services as described to customers
• Maintain professional conduct at all times
• Comply with all applicable South African laws and regulations
• Not engage in any fraudulent or misleading activity

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers using the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and location information when making service requests
• Treat service providers with respect and professionalism
• Not misuse the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Pay agreed fees directly to service providers as arranged

6. Limitation of Liability

KasiAssist is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the services provided by service providers listed on the Platform. Any disputes between customers and service providers must be resolved between those parties directly. KasiAssist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of KasiAssist and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Termination

KasiAssist reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account or service listing at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
